Kylie joined SHK in 2016 following a 17-year career in marketing and digital media, working with blue-chip clients and leading agencies. Kylie solely developed, launched and sold Australia’s first online luxury accessory rental business, leading the way for a market that is thriving today.

Following a successful seven-year period in SHK’s executive search practice, Kylie now additionally leads SHK’s growth in executive contracting and fixed term contracts across the philanthropy, marketing, communications, corporate affairs and sales portfolios.

Kylie has an extensive network in executive advancement, philanthropic, fundraising and related communities, along with a deep commitment to client service and delivery, to support her client partners to stay agile with ready access to market leading talent. She is recognised for building close relationships with senior leadership within the university sector and executive talent across her specialist disciplines, leveraging her innate curiosity and well-honed judgement to support the careers of her candidates and the diverse talent requirements of her clients.
