Her career includes pivotal roles in management consultancy, workforce solutions, account management, and human resources, consistently delivering results through innovation, change leadership, and building high‑performing teams.

Louise has held senior leadership positions in major global workforce and people consulting organisations, with experience across Australia, Asia, the Middle East, the UK, Europe, and North America. Her strengths lie in strategic organisational partnerships and workforce transformation. She supports organisations to achieve key goals by aligning workforce capability with people strategy, enabling efficiencies, talent engagement, and revenue growth. She has also built complex solutions that deliver tangible, business‑aligned outcomes.

Louise has led the design and execution of some of the country’s largest restructuring, downsizing and site‑closure projects, including transition centres, career fairs, leadership and team support, workforce planning, engagement programs, career transition, outplacement, and leadership development, guiding organisations effectively through major change to their future state.

Louise has studied Nutrition at the Australian College of Natural Medicine as well as Post Graduate studies at Monash University, Diploma in Frontline Management at the Australian Institute of Management and Agile Project Management Certificate.
