Margaret is an executive and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience as a senior human resources leader, working across the UK, Australia and New Zealand and within global organisations spanning the US and Asia.
Her background in senior HR roles underpins her work with executives, leaders and leadership teams navigating organisational change, leadership and career transition across sectors including pharmaceuticals, education, banking and biotech.
Margaret is recognised for building strong, trusted relationships and working effectively with leaders and teams through growth, stability, downturns and crisis. She brings a pragmatic, systems-aware approach to coaching and change, supporting transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions and restructures, while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes.
Her work spans executive, leadership and team coaching, with a strong emphasis on how people operate within the systems around them. Through dialogue, exploration and curiosity — combined with practical challenge — Margaret supports leaders and teams to build self-awareness, strengthen capability and make sustained shifts that support performance, wellbeing and meaningful results.
