NICOLE MARTIN

Nicole Martin is an experienced coach and People and Culture leader with more than 25 years of experience. She has held senior HR leadership roles, where she led large-scale workforce initiatives, built HR consulting capability, and partnered with executives to deliver organisational change, leadership development and talent strategies.

 

Throughout her career, Nicole has worked across the full employee lifecycle, leading teams to deliver HR business partnering, organisational development, learning and development, talent management, culture change, leadership development, and employee relations. She is known for building strong, trusted relationships and constructively challenging the status quo to foster agile, resilient and change-ready organisations and leaders. Passionate about supporting individuals to identify their strengths, overcome barriers and take confident next steps, Nicole brings deep commercial insight and practical experience to her coaching, enabling meaningful and lasting career growth.

 

Nicole holds a Master of Commerce in Workplace Management, a Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice, a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and IR, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and an Organisational Coaching Level 1 Certification. She is currently also completing a Neurodiversity Coaching Certificate.
