Peter is a Partner within SHK, leading search assignments within the Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical and Engineering practices. He specialises in C-suite, functional leadership and senior SME appointments across industrial, consumer, transportation, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and distribution within public, private and for-purpose sectors. Peter takes great pleasure in working with a broad portfolio of clients including supporting the scale-up of new technologies, M&A integration, large scale transformation, turnaround and new market expansion.

Peter’s track record in executive search stretches over 25 years. He has significant experience in leading search assignments within Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations and Sales across Asia Pacific and Europe, with a primary focus being the Australian and UK markets. Having spent the majority of his search career in leadership roles, he is uniquely placed to deliver deep insight into leadership competencies and consult on the development of high-performance cultures, technology adoption and change management. Prior to his career in search, Peter worked in manufacturing and distribution roles for a global consumer goods manufacturer.

Peter’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with Honours from Cardiff University in the UK.
