About the role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer is a core member of the executive team, contributing to the delivery of a collaborative and inspirational culture. Leading the commercial partnerships team, the appointee will drive the growth agenda and realise sustainable sources of new revenue. The role oversees an expanding remit during the festival period to ensure commercial partnerships come to life. Providing strategic advice to the CEO and Board, the Chief Commercial Officer will also lead government-contract servicing, streamline reporting, and guide tactical decisions.


About you

You are a commercial executive with extensive experience in achieving revenue growth by securing new commercial opportunities and partnerships. With a background in revenue raising leadership from the events, entertainment, or corporate sectors, you understand the importance of major events within the Melbourne calendar. You are able to bring diverse parties together around shared goals, leading collaboratively and fostering high performance within successful teams. This is a career defining opportunity to support and grow an iconic Melbourne event.
