  • Technology strategy for reproductive health
  • ASX-listed, global fertility leader
  • Enabling better patient outcomes through digital technology

About the organisation

Monash IVF Group (MIVFG) is a world leader in reproductive health care services and specialised women's imaging and diagnostic solutions. With over 900 staff across Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia, this organisation brings more than 50 years of fertility experience - including the world's first IVF pregnancy in 1973. Listed on the ASX, MIVFG operates across all aspects of reproductive care, with an enduring focus on improving patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a key member of the Executive team, responsible for developing and executing technology, digital and data strategies that directly enable Monash IVF’s operational and strategic objectives. The CIO leads enterprise-wide information, cyber, and digital capabilities, and governs the organisation's technology investment portfolio to maximise value and strengthen resilience. This role holds accountability for IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks, service management, and vendor oversight across the Group. The CIO will also lead significant digital and systems transformation programs, embedding change effectively across a complex, multi-site healthcare environment. Managing a skilled IT team and significant technology budgets, this role shapes the architecture and culture of a modern, secure and scalable digital environment.

About you

You are a senior technology leader with postgraduate qualifications in ICT or a related discipline, and substantial experience in complex, regulated environments - ideally within Australian healthcare or digital health. Your expertise spans technology strategy, enterprise architecture, cyber security, and large-scale transformation programs. You are comfortable operating at Board and Executive level, translating technical complexity into clear strategic direction, and building commitment across diverse stakeholder groups. With strong commercial acumen, sound vendor and contract management capability, you have a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Above all, you are inspired by the prospect of applying technology to improve the lives of patients and families.
