About the role
Reporting to the Director – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), the Business Partner will help shape and deliver the DEI Strategy. Partnering with colleagues in People and Culture and leaders across the business, the position will identify gaps, embed DEI principles into everyday practices, deliver projects end to end and drive meaningful organisational change. Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance, developing tailored strategies and action plans to meet diversity and inclusion targets, and supporting the delivery and reporting of key performance indicators. The appointee will partner with leaders to support strengthen inclusive practices.
About you
You are an experienced DEI or organisational development professional with a collaborative, proactive approach and a clear understanding of how equitable work practices drive business success. You bring expertise in workplace diversity frameworks and have a track record of delivering DEI projects and initiatives end to end. You excel at building strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance reporting requirements will be beneficial.
