About the role
Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director, Corporate Services leads the delivery of EPA's core enabling functions. This includes oversight of finance, people and culture, legal, governance, information technology, and facilities. The Executive Director ensures these functions are integrated, fit for purpose, and support EPA's regulatory mission. This role carries responsibility for organisational resilience, sound stewardship of public resources, and the delivery of efficient, accountable corporate services across the organisation.
About you
You are a senior corporate services leader with experience spanning multiple enabling functions in a complex public or regulated sector environment. Your ability to integrate finance, people, technology and governance functions and to align them with organisational strategy will be central to your success in this role. You are a credible and trusted partner to a chief executive and board, and you bring sound judgement, a commitment to public value, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are expected.
