- Lead whole-of-enterprise transformation
- Expanded powers and jurisdiction
- Strengthen anti-corruption measures
About the organisation
The Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) works to expose and prevent corruption affecting all Victorians. Recent legislative reform has expanded IBAC's powers and jurisdiction, which requires new and strengthened capabilities. The organisation is focused on meeting those obligations, guided by the IBAC Strategy 2025–28 and a focus on responsiveness, enabling intelligence and people. IBAC's Executive Leadership Team works to a leadership charter built on mutual support and open discussion, with decisions made in the interests of the whole organisation.
About the role
A new role reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Director, Transformation and Reform will lead the enterprise-wide transformation of IBAC. The Executive Director will create the future-state vision and integrated roadmap, work with the CEO on the operating model redesign and personally lead the reform workstreams around it, from concept to delivery. The role will also establish and lead a small team, collaborate with and advise the executive on priorities, risks and trade-offs, and help develop new capabilities alongside the uplift of the existing skillsets. Key to success will be maintaining statutory functions throughout and handing reform outcomes to business owners with sustainable capability in place. This is a two-year fixed-term appointment.
