About the role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer – APAC, the Head of Communications & Stakeholder Engagement is a senior executive accountable for developing and implementing the organisation’s communications strategy. The Head of Communications & Stakeholder Engagement will lead both internal and external communications, manage brand reputation, and direct issues and crisis management. This position oversees all public relations, media engagement, and digital communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging. A key function of the role is to provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and lead communications for major change initiatives.


About you

You are a senior communications leader with significant experience leading the function within a large, complex organisation. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you are adept at translating complex information for diverse audiences. You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically, with strong analytical and conceptual skills suited to navigating complex environments. Your background includes extensive experience in issues and crisis management, as well as supporting large-scale change programs at an executive level. You possess highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, and a proven ability to build trust and work collaboratively with senior leaders.
