About the role
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Head of IT Services is accountable for the delivery of end-user support, end-user computing technology, cloud infrastructure, and network services. This position provides strategic direction for IT service delivery, change processes, supplier performance, and technology financial management. The role leads teams across IT Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure & Networks, and Change Release & Environment. Key responsibilities include managing service management vendors and leading major incident responses to support the organisation through its transformation.
About you
You are an IT leader with a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and have significant experience managing IT services, infrastructure, network, and cloud functions. Your background includes vendor management and a working knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL. You have demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams through periods of change in customer-facing environments. Your ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels allows you to resolve complex issues and deliver outcomes.
