About the role

Based in Victoria and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Operations & Enablement Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive commercial success. The key responsibility is to elevate performance by improving sales efficiency, optimising processes and embedding best-in-class systems and tools to enable growth. Robust CRM governance, accurate forecasting, and streamlined pipeline management will be pivotal to support the team’s ability to focus on building relationships and closing deals. The position will also oversee the creation of sales collateral, deliver actionable insights through comprehensive sales reporting and data analysis, and foster alignment across marketing, legal, and operational teams. A key aspect of this role is to build capability across the team and collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. This appointment reflects a proactive investment in leadership and capability, ensuring the broader sales team is equipped, supported, and inspired to deliver their key sales metrics.

 

About you

You are a commercially astute leader with proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies within complex B2B or enterprise environments, ideally in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. A strategic thinker with strong process discipline, you bring expertise in CRM management and data-driven decision-making to drive performance. Your analytical capability is matched by your ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. You thrive on creating frameworks that empower sales teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes and have a passion for enabling growth through operational excellence. You are skilled at building capability within teams and fostering alignment across the organisation to achieve ambitious goals.
