About the role

Reporting to the CEO, the Scholarship & Mentoring Programs Manager leads the end-to-end delivery, governance and continuous improvement of The Pinnacle Foundation’s scholarship and mentoring programs. This role is the custodian of the scholar and mentor experience, ensuring programs are delivered with integrity, care, excellence and measurable impact. Combining program leadership with hands-on relationship management, this role attracts, selects and supports scholars and mentors, and delivers outcomes aligned to Pinnacle’s vision and values.


About you

You will bring experience leading or delivering scholarship, education, mentoring, social impact or recruitment programs, along with a strong understanding of Australia’s tertiary education landscape. You will demonstrate high emotional intelligence and confidence engaging with volunteers, senior stakeholders and young people. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential. This role requires hands-on delivery, working at pace, and seeing initiatives through from concept to completion. AI exposure will be well-regarded. An understanding of, and alignment with, the LGBTQIA+ community and the challenges it faces is essential.
