Alfred is an internationally experienced senior executive in human resources who has led major organisation restructures, mergers and acquisitions and driven high-performance cultural transformation across multiple geographies throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East.
He has a breadth of experience gained within public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including FMCG, food and motor vehicle manufacturing, petro-chemical, steel distribution, snack foods, telecommunications and electronics, pharmaceutical, construction and financial services.
Alfred has spent his last 35 years in the human resources profession. His expertise in human resources and business strategy, culture development, change management and communication, employee engagement, talent and career management, leadership development, coaching and mentoring and human resources consulting have allowed him to enjoy success in transforming people’s careers and building organisation capability across all levels in companies.
Alfred has coached and led corporate and geographically dispersed human resources teams as a senior Human Resources Director. Over his career, he has had extensive experience working through trusted business partnering, and in close counsel and coaching relationships with CEOs, senior executives and professionals locally and internationally across small, medium, and large complex and matrixed organisations.
Alfred holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
