Andrea has successfully appointed numerous Chief Financial Officers and their direct reports across functions including commercial finance, strategy, investment, financial control, financial planning & analysis, taxation, treasury, finance systems, finance transformation, internal audit and risk. She excels in placing Commercial and Corporate Services Executives where financial expertise is essential. Her extensive experience spans diverse sectors, including privately owned and listed corporations, local and state government, and for-purpose organisations. Andrea has also built entire finance teams for key clients and fostered strategic preferred supplier partnerships.
Her career includes building new businesses and developing teams, playing key roles in two recruitment start-ups and serving as a founding member and long-term Director of a successful accounting & finance recruitment agency before joining SHK.
