In addition to his non-executive role with SHK, Andrew is the Managing Director of the Pinnacle Foundation.  The Pinnacle Foundation provides educational and vocational support to young adults across Australia where their gender identity, sexual orientation or sexual characteristics have prevented or hindered achievement of their career aspirations or personal development.

In 1997, Andrew joined the executive recruitment and human resources consulting firm, Morgan & Banks.  Andrew was promoted through a series of leadership roles with the publicly listed business (through various ownership and name changes) to ultimately lead the company across Australia and New Zealand.
