Anne has over 20 years’ experience in human resources, career development and wellbeing consulting. She is an experienced professional with the ability to build strong relationships, and deliver successful organisation and people development initiatives and services. Anne has worked with a broad range of organisations and people both as an internal and external consultant.
Anne has worked in career transition and outplacement in the USA and Australia and has worked with a range of organisations, including top 500 and blue-chip companies, universities and not-for-profit organisations. She has been responsible for career and executive coaching, facilitation of group sessions and project management of large-scale organisation restructures.
Anne enjoys partnering with a diverse range of individuals through the career transition process, helping them to achieve a successful outcome.
She has a Master of Education (Leadership & Organisation) and Bachelor of Management (Human Resources Management).
Anne also had a deep interest in mindfulness and wellbeing and is internationally certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, mindfulness and meditation teacher. She has recently run lectures, workshops and courses in schools, universities and many ASX-listed businesses to support people to integrate a mindfulness practice into their life to support greater wellbeing and self-awareness.
