Anne has over 20 years’ experience in human resources, career transition and wellbeing consulting. She is an experienced professional with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver successful organisation and people development initiatives and services. Anne has worked in people and organisation development consulting in the USA and Australia and has worked with a range of organisations including top 500 and blue-chip companies, universities, schools and not-for profits. She has been responsible for career and executive coaching, facilitation of group sessions and project management of large- scale organisation restructures. She is passionate about assisting individuals, teams and organisations to achieve success while creating healthy and sustainable cultures. Anne develops and facilitates wellbeing programs and facilitates wellbeing and mindfulness workshops in a variety of settings.
In her role as Partner of Outplacement and Career Management, Anne consults with organisations during periods of change, providing strategic advice and support to leadership teams and one-on-one personalised career counsel and support to individuals throughout their career transition journey. Anne’s style is to be explorative, open and flexible and to listen deeply to individual and organisation needs so she can respond in an authentic and caring way. During the career transition and executive coaching process Anne will focus on achieving agreed outcomes as well as leaving each individual with insights into themselves, longer term goals and development plans.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM), Master of Education (organisation and leadership), MBSR and Mindfulness Teacher certifications and Diploma Mindfulness and Compassion Teaching. She is certified to use SHL psychological assessments.
