Endi combines many years of working in executive search and recruitment with extensive executive coaching experience.Her coaching journey began whilst working in executive search where she regularly provided career counsel to candidates and enjoyed their ensuing success.After she left executive search, Endi ran her own executive coaching business where she supported individuals in creating pathways to facilitate the combination of successful careers with balanced and fulfilling lifestyles.She applies a holistic approach when working with clients and participants, with an exceptional service ethic that has resulted in strong relationships and a successful track record of delivery.
In her role, Endi consults with organisations during periods of change, and provides strategic advice and services to support leaders in engaging and retaining talent. In addition, she delivers one-on-one personalised leadership development, executive coaching, and career transition coaching services to executives.
Endi merges her strong commercial experience and in-depth knowledge of career management with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to enable those she works with to realise their full potential and fulfil their career ambitions.She is passionate about empowering people and strives to develop open, honest and authentic relationships, providing a safe environment for self-discovery and self-actualisation.
Endi holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and a Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership.In addition, she is IECL certified (Institute of Executive Coaching and leadership), Dare to Lead™ accredited, and certified in Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI 1, LSI 2 & GSI), DISC ADVANCED®, Hogan, and Strengths Profile.Endi is a member of the International Coach Federation.
