With extensive experience in senior professional, corporate and operational capacities, Kath supports mid-to-senior-level executives, business leaders and technical specialists by appointing them into executive contracting and interim management positions. She partners closely with organisations to support their talent management priorities by providing interim resources to cover short term leadership requirements; or to provide additional capacity for key projects and deliverables.
Kath draws upon a network of experienced interim executives to quickly mobilise high-calibre resources to meet the changing talent needs of client partners. She specialises in appointing roles in the HR, Senior Executive (CEO, COO, GM, etc.) and Operations disciplines across all industry sectors.
A founding member of SHK, Kath established all back and front office operations including policies, processes, and technology before transitioning to a consulting role. Her extensive experience in career management and outplacement, reinforces her ability to support and coach executives and senior leaders throughout their portfolio careers.
Kath holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Swinburne University. She is accredited in Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI 1, LSI 2 & GSI) and DISC ADVANCED®, and is a certified coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
