Kylie joined SHK in 2016 and her executive search practice focusses on marketing, sales, operations and fundraising appointments. Prior to joining SHK, Kylie’s career was founded in marketing and digital media roles, including developing and launching an Australian-first e-commerce business, leading the way for a segment of the online market that is thriving today. With direct experience working in marketing agencies servicing blue-chip clients, Kylie brings a unique strength of understanding in both client and candidate care.

Kylie has developed strong client relationships at SHK, leveraging her innate curiosity and well-honed judgement to find both traditional and non-traditional candidates.
