Kylie joined SHK in 2016 following a 17-year career in marketing and digital media, working with blue-chip clients and leading agencies. Kylie solely developed, launched and sold Australia’s first online luxury accessory rental business, leading the way for a market that is thriving today. Following a successful seven-year period in SHK’s executive search practice, Kylie now leads SHK’s growth in executive contracting across the marketing, philanthropy, digital, communications, corporate affairs, and sales portfolios.

Kylie has an extensive network in marketing and related communities, along with a deep commitment to client service and delivery, to support her client partners to stay agile with ready access to market leading talent. She is recognised for building close relationships with senior leadership and executive talent across her specialist disciplines, leveraging innate curiosity and well-honed judgement to support the careers of her candidates and the diverse talent requirements of her clients.
