Loretta was based in Perth during the resources sector collapse impacting individuals from blue-collar workers to executives across various occupations. Prior to specialising in career transition and outplacement, Loretta worked in executive search and selection, market research, business development and account management, and she has also successfully managed her own business.
Loretta holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Certificates I, II, III in Wellness Coaching (accredited by International Coaching Federation).
