Margaret has over 20 years’ experience as a senior human resources leader, working in the UK, Australia and New Zealand and leading teams across the globe including the US and Asia.

Margaret has worked with a multitude of large multinational organisations across a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, university/education and banking.She also has expertise with smaller start-up biotech’s.

Throughout her career Margaret’s ability to build strong relationships has enabled her to successfully partner with leaders during times of growth, stability, downturns, and crisis, including mergers, acquisitions and restructures.Demonstrating her ability for big picture thinking and the aptitude to challenge with impact has seen her support continuous improvement and drive performance and best outcomes.

Over her career, Margaret’s experience in people and culture and business strategy, organisational culture, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, change management, capability, talent development and wellbeing has enabled her to work with individuals, organisations and stakeholders to create long term sustainable success.

Margaret believes that through dialogue, exploration, curiosity and connection we create self-awareness which enables us to unlock and realise our full potential. Thought her career and especially within the Pharmaceuticals industry, having worked with and coached senior executives, emerging and future leaders whether it be personal or professional development, career transition or any number of other areas, this approach has proven successful.

Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts, Postgraduate Degree in Psychology, an MCIPD Diploma (recognised Australian HR Institute, AHRI), and is IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and leadership) accredited.She is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Mental Health First Aider, accredited NLP and MBTI practitioner.
