Peter is a Partner within SHK, leading search assignments within the Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical and Engineering practices. He specialises in leadership and senior SME appointments within industrial and consumer product manufacturing, distribution and service organisations. Peter takes great pleasure in working with a broad portfolio of clients including supporting the scale-up of new technologies, transformation and change within mature organisations as well as turnaround activities.
Peter’s track record in executive search stretches over 22 years. He has significant experience in leading search assignments within Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations and Sales in both Australia and the UK. Having spent the majority of his search career in leadership roles, he is uniquely placed to deliver deep insight into leadership competencies and consult on the development of high-performance cultures, organisational transformation and change management. Prior to his career in search, Peter worked in manufacturing and distribution roles for a global consumer goods manufacturer.
Peter’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with Honours from Cardiff University in the UK.
