Sarah is a Career Transition Coach who brings over 10 years’ professional experience in executive search, identifying and supporting talent in Australia, Ireland and Canada. With an established network of senior leaders across all industry sectors, Sarah has built divisions for both boutique and international agencies. Prior to her recruitment career, Sarah worked in finance, leading technical projects and managing high net worth relationships for several blue-chip Investment Banks.
Sarah takes a consultative and structured approach when partnering with clients and candidates, utilising a combination of industry expertise, relationship management, and commercial acumen. She places the utmost importance on participant care and the opportunity to build every relationship. Combining her coaching and search expertise, Sarah is relentless about offering value at every stage of the employment lifecycle and delivering a fully integrated solution.
Sarah holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance, an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and a Certificate in Executive & Organisational Coaching. She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation and is an affiliate Practitioner in Neuroscience with NeuroCapability.
