Tim Morden is Managing Director of SHK. He has extensive experience in the search and selection of executive leadership and general management positions, especially within the spheres of finance, accounting and strategy. Tim was a part of the team that founded SHK in 2007. Prior to that, he held consulting roles with a global human capital firm.

Tim has fostered strong industry networks. He has a distinguished track record of successfully managing complex leadership appointments, sourcing talent from within Australia and across international markets. Tim has conducted in excess of 100 searches for CFOs and their direct reports in ASX-listed organisations, multinational corporations, government and statutory bodies.

Tim has extensive experience at aligning talent management strategies with organisational objectives. He is professional and candid, acting as a trusted adviser to his clients and providing sound counsel. Tim invests the time to forge relationships that create long-term value.

Tim is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. He personally leads SHK’s involvement with The Pinnacle Foundation and the Alannah & Madeline Foundation.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Melbourne.
