About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a member of a collaborative and dynamic executive, the appointee will lead a newly merged communications and marketing team. The role is accountable for implementing creative and innovative brand and marketing strategies to achieve organisational and financial goals. The appointee will enhance the team’s contemporary marketing capability across brand strategy, acquisition and engagement, digital marketing and strategy, marketing insights, and data and analytics. Key to success will be demonstrating capability in brand development, leading high performing teams and driving a progressive approach to social media, digital lead management and retargeting, and CX and conversion.
You are a contemporary and progressive marketing leader of high-performing teams. Having cut your teeth in both digital and traditional marketing roles, you are ideally experienced in both corporate and agency environments within consumer-facing industries, including automotive, telecommunications, insurance, energy, retail or banking. An authentic and aspirational change leader, you are commercial, customer-focussed, and a strategic thinker, with a track record of inspiring, motivating and transforming cutting-edge marketing teams. Your deep understanding of best-practice marketing, including digital and social media marketing, marketing analytics and insights generation, and the full range of marketing communications, will see you make your mark and impact customer’s lives in this executive appointment.
