About the role
The Director Asset Lifecycle Planning is a newly established role with a focus on improving tenant, environmental, risk management and community outcomes. The appointee will lead the development of asset management strategies and asset class plans that will maximize the performance of the existing asset and property portfolio of over 65,000 properties. This includes establishing an investment prioritisation framework and programs of work for the renewal, upgrade and maintenance of the housing and property portfolio. The position will identify and implement asset planning process improvements to support better decision making and improved productivity. The role also coordinates people management, business planning, budget management and reporting tasks.
