As a result of continued organic growth and expansion into new markets, this organisation is now seeking to appoint a senior leader at the General Manager level. This newly created, client-focused role will continue to grow the Melbourne business, capitalising on existing relationships, realising new opportunities locally and ensuring client satisfaction across all stages of the design and delivery process. Working closely with the firm’s partners nationally, the General Manager holds both strategic and leadership accountabilities for the Melbourne office including P&L management, process innovation and staff development.
A registered architect, you maintain deep client networks and a naturally empathetic and supportive leadership style. Commercially minded, you are an outstanding communicator with superior influencing skills across a range of stakeholders.
