About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director in Sydney and working closely with the growth team, the Sales Support Manager is an integral role supporting three sales professionals to improve operational efficiencies. The position will provide sales administration support by identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating data, tools, and collateral to enable long-term, successful client engagements. Critical to success in this role is a deep understanding of sales processes, client service, lead development and the levers that a strong sales team utilise to enhance productivity. This opportunity enjoys a combination of strategic as well as tactical responsibilities focused on enabling Prosci revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.
You are a high energy account manager or administration support professional with demonstrated experience in supporting sales teams. With a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and collaborating with all levels of an organisation, you are a self-starter with a natural bias towards action and thrive in taking initiative. You have significant experience preparing client briefs including researching and identifying data from corporate plans, annual reports and are a Salesforce subject matter expert. Your sales growth mindset will be well rewarded in this multi-faceted career-making role.
