About the role
Reporting to the Country Manager and part of the executive leadership team, the Head of Sales will lead the sales operations of the branded consumer self-care business in Australia and New Zealand in pharmacy and grocery channels. The primary role is to create and implement strategic sales plans which deliver on sales targets and build and develop enduring customer relationships across all trade channels. The appointee will establish compelling commercial “concept sells” across all brands to deliver excellence in trade engagement and commercial execution. In addition, the Head of Sales will lead and mentor a high performing sales team across ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
As an experienced Head of Sales or National Sales Director, you will have successfully led and developed high-performing sales teams and have experience selling within the pharmacy or grocery industry sectors. You will have the experience to lead with integrity, and harness career development opportunities available within the business. You are financially astute, adept at utilising data to inspire performance and comfortable blending strategic thinking with tactical sales execution to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
