About the role
Reporting to the Director of Medical & Regulatory Affairs, the Medical Manager will provide and manage operational and medical support for local and country-specific medical/scientific marketing activities in alignment with company product strategies. The appointee will focus on supporting an experienced team of Medical Science Liaison specialists, working together to execute medical strategy and the delivery of a range of projects across medical training, medical information and medical affairs. The Medical Manager is responsible for the development and management of high value-adding medical programs, in a cross functional setting, such as KOL development initiative, conference and virtual webinar preparation, symposia and healthcare professional educational platforms.
About you
You are a dynamic, energetic, business-savvy Medical Manager with well-established people leadership experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. You have an agile, adaptable mindset and ability to work across multiple projects and inspire a highly educated team. Your hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal communication, organisational, training and presentation skills, and ability to uphold the highest ethical standards will see you succeed in this broad leadership position. A tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy, medicine or similar is required.
