About the role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the newly created role of Procurement Manager will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional procurement services to the CPS business. The Procurement Manager will contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice procurement vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. This encompasses all major procurement activities, including tendering and evaluation, market engagement, supplier selection and performance management as well as contract negotiation, all while building strong positive relationships with key operational stakeholders across the business.
About you
You are a degree-qualified mid-career procurement professional with proven experience in setting up full-cycle procurement processes and category strategies from scratch. With a clear understanding of P2P best practice, you are comfortable taking a hands-on approach in highly operational environments. Commercially minded, outcome oriented, and adept at building authentic connections, you are energised by the potential to put your capabilities to use within a leading customer centric, people driven organisation.
