About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the newly created position of Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across the VIC, WA, SA and NT regions, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Inspiring and developing a well-established sales team and fostering long-term relationships with key customers, the appointee will ensure sales performance and a cohesive approach. The Regional Sales Manager will proactively pursue new business, proposing solutions to grow the customer base and expand product offerings in existing accounts. Working with the team to analyse data and segment the market, the appointee will increase reach and frequency driving priorities for the continued sales force expansion plan.
About you
A highly credible, well-respected and experienced Sales Manager, you have successfully led and developed high performing sales teams within the aesthetics, medical device or pharmaceutical sectors. Your demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth, and ability to influence and provide trusted counsel to key stakeholders, are complimented by your commercial acumen, accountability, strong ethics, integrity, motivational approach and passion for accelerating businesses.
