With many years of experience in the career and talent management fields, Alice has a strong interest in enabling individuals to better understand themselves, so they can flourish. Alice has deep experience in the FMCG and Services sector in Organisational Development roles and enjoys the strategic people focus of succession planning and leadership development. In addition, Alice has supported individuals across many industries from finance, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, superannuation, higher education, and NFP as a career consultant.
Alice has coached hundreds of people through their career transitions in both the UK and Australia. Strengths based coaching forms the essence of the work Alice does, in partnering with individuals as they explore their unique offering and career path.
With a love of learning, Alice has a Masters in Organisation Dynamics (now known as the Masters in Leadership) and a Diploma in Positive Psychology, and is currently undertaking the ICEL coaching qualifications. In addition to her work and study experiences, Alice enjoys her volunteer work, involving mentoring senior high school students from less fortunate backgrounds as they contemplate their careers.
