About the role

The Head of Commercial Finance – Supply Chain & Sourcing, Group Functions is a critical senior role within CRG’s evolving commercial finance structure. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Sourcing & Supply Officer, you will lead the commercial finance agenda across all supply chain and sourcing activity. You will also oversee finance business partnering for Group Functions including People, IT, Legal and Risk. This role is central to delivering financial insight, strengthening governance, and driving operational and strategic decision-making. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, guide business case development for key initiatives, and champion value creation and cost efficiency across the supply chain. You will also provide leadership to a high-performing team and play a key role in embedding a collaborative and commercially astute finance culture across the Group.

About you

You are a commercially focused finance leader with a strong background in supply chain and a deep understanding of the retail sector. CA or CPA qualified, you bring extensive experience in senior business partnering roles where you have influenced decision-making and delivered measurable impact. Your ability to build financial models, distil complex analysis into strategic insight, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders is a key strength. Resilient, committed. pragmatic and solutions-oriented, you are known for your ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, confidently navigating ambiguity and change. With a proactive leadership style and a commitment to team development, you bring a future-focused mindset and a drive to contribute meaningfully to CRG’s transformation and success.
