About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This newly created role leads strategic marketing, including developing targeted digital campaigns, managing online presence, overseeing content marketing strategies and sponsorship. The Head of Marketing will be the subject matter expert for the organisation, overseeing brand consistency across all channels and advising on brand consolidation and rebrand.
About you
You are a proven B2B marketing leader with a deep understanding of brand, digital marketing tools and social media platforms. With a thorough understanding of sales financials, you have a track record of achieving sales growth via campaign, sponsorship and event programs. Underpinning your breadth of marketing, brand development and analytical skills is your innate ability to balance strategic priorities and execution. You bring a positive, proactive attitude with demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and build professional relationships. Desirable experience includes ERP or CRM systems, B2B marketing in industrial or commercial markets, and familiarity with design coordination processes.
