The coaching journey begins with in-depth self-reflection through SHK’s strengths-based approach, providing insights into personal values, talents, and career drivers. From there, clear goals and an action plan are developed to define success at key milestones. Participants will receive tailored mindset coaching, practical guidance on work-life integration, and support in stress management and building a sustainable balance between work and personal life.
